OUR PRINCIPAL
Mr. K. Sridhar, BSc (CT & HM), MTM, MPhil.,
Professional Member, CTH, UK.
Mr. Sridhar is a management professional having rich and varied experience in the field of Tourism and Hospitality Education for the past 29 years.
He has a mutual and longstanding industry tie-up with leading hotel chains all over India which forms the base for achieving 100% placement for the students admitted since 2004. He has successfully placed 3000+ students in the Hospitality Industry in his glorious career. Many of the students are stalwarts in their respective fields.

He has sent students for Advanced Training to Dubai, Singapore and Malaysia with paid stipend. Under his guidance his students have won various culinary championships and awards in both the State and National levels conducted by renowned Associations such as SICA- South India Culinary Association. He has guided Post Graduate students and MPhil scholars in their Project Work from Madurai Kamaraj University.

He has planned a fully operational Bakery Unit for PONLAIT, a society run by the Government of Puducherry and trained 160 staff, recruited by the Government to run the unit. He has successfully conducted Theme Dinners and Food Festivals in the city. He has conducted the World Bread Day consecutively for 8 years since 2004, thereby promoting the Bakery Industry in Pondicherry.

He has actively led the students to participate in all social causes ( Blood Donation, Tree Plantations, Donations for Old Age Homes and Orphanages, Relief Works during natural calamities such as Tsunami, Landslides, etc.,) through Rotaract Clubs. He had been the Member of Board of Studies in the Food Science and Nutrition Department for Bharathidasan Women's College, Puducherry for 2006 to 2009. He has attended Conferences organized by the Department of Tourism, Puducherry, in promoting tourism in the State.

He has participated in “Train the Trainer” Program Conducted by Mr. Jayachandran, Corporate Trainer –TAJ GROUP OF HOTELS and awarded a merit certificate for the same. He was honored by Hon'ble Dr. Kiran Bedi for his Exemplary Service in the field of Hospitality Education in Puducherry state.
VICE PRINCIPAL
Mrs. Poongulali Sridhar,
DHMCT, BBA, MTM, MA(PM & IR), MPhil.

Mrs. Poongulali Sridhar is a professional Hospitality Trainer with over 25 years of experience.
She is the Co-ordinator with the University in all matters relating to admissions, examinations, results, etc. She is the Co-ordinator for Training, Placement and Outdoor Catering with various hotel chains all over India and abroad. She has trained approx. 160 Ponlait staff in Bakery Hygiene and Work Safety.
She has served as Executive Housekeeper for THE MARARI BEACH (a unit of CGH Earth Group of Hotels) and was deputed exclusively during the inspection by the HRACC. A proud member of the Pre-Opening team of “THE BRUNTON BOATYARD” she was assigned with responsibility of setting up the House keeping department for the same. She has served as the Deputy House Keeper for SPICE VILLAGE, Thekkady with assigned responsibility of formulating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and designing Refresher Training Programs for the department.
She has participated in “Train the Trainer” Program Conducted by Mr. Jayachandran, Corporate Trainer -TAJ GROUP OF HOTELS and awarded a merit certificate for the same. Participated in “Teacher as a Leader and Facilitator” - A workshop conducted by INNER GENIUS, BANGALORE.
She was awarded certificate of Honors for Food Safety and Hygiene by Royal Institute of Health and Hygiene, London. She was awarded Gold Medal and Best Student Award from SIHM for the year 1997-98.
